The robbery took place Wednesday afternoon at Florida Credit Union in DeLand, a city north of Orlando, police said in a Facebook post. Officers were dispatched to the credit union and spoke to witnesses who said the suspect was wearing a mask in the likeness of the blue anthropomorphic hedgehog who is at the center of the Sega video game franchise. Police say the suspect entered the credit union displaying a hammer and demanding cash from the teller....

Justice Suresh Kait also stayed the CIC’s show cause notice to Hockey India (HI) asking why “maximum penalty” be not imposed on it for not providing documents sought by the commission. The show cause notice and the direction to provide the details sought by Azad under the Right to Information (RTI) Act was issued by the commission on October 22. While putting on hold the operation of the October 22 order, the court gave four weeks time to Azad to indicate his stand on HI’s plea against the CIC’s decision and listed the matter for hearing on January 18....

The U.S. space agency said an audio file obtained from an instrument called SuperCam contained sounds of a laser impacting its target—a rock formation named “Máaz” that was approximately 10 feet away from the exploration rover—on March 2. The recording contains sounds of about 30 impacts, heard in a series of pops or clicks. It is used to identify and classify the structure and make-up of rocks.
