The “Throne of Tides” Mini-Set is themed after a showdown between the kraken-like leviathan Ozumat and Neptulon, the elemental lord of water of Warcraft fame. These new Colossal minions are two of the 35 new cards coming to Hearthstone with the new set.

Ozumat is also coming to the Battlegrounds mode as a new hero. But he’s not the only one–Diablo, the Lord of Terror is coming to Hearthstone Battlegrounds once again for one week only to celebrate the launch of Diablo Immortal.
Hearthstone is getting another Diablo Immortal crossover in the Mercenaries mode. Tyrael, the Archangel of Justice, is being added to the mode as a free Mercenary for all players. He’s not alone–a total of 18 new Mercenaries are coming to the mode, including Azshara and her naga, Maiev, Yrel, and more. The Old God Y’Shaarj is getting a limited-time event like N’Zoth did before him, and 13 new bounties are being added across the existing Darkshore zone and the new Sunken City zone.
Voyage to the Sunken City is also getting its first Solo Adventure in the form of Book of Heroes: Faelin. The 17-mission story features the Nightbourne ambassador’s expedition to the ruins of Zin-Azshari. The adventure has three playable characters–presumably Faelin, Ini Stormcoil, and Sir Finley Mrrgglton–with the chance to get the Ghost Ship card back and two packs for completing the adventure with all of them.
Hearthstone is also beginning a new Arena season, which includes an update to the card rotation. In addition to the current cards found in Standard, The Boomsday Project and Descent of Dragons sets will be added to the Hearthstone Arena pool as well.
In addition to all of this, this Hearthstone patch includes dozens quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes, the most notable of which is the Overcapped Decks feature. With this feature, players can add up to 50 cards to their deck while building it, though they will still have to parse it back to 30 to play the deck. This will allow players to compare cards and experiment with ideas much easier than before.
Hearthstone is available now for mobile and PC. Patch 23.4 launches on June 1st, including most of the features in the patch. The Y’Shaarj Mercenaries event begins on June 7th.
